lol as promised i come to update!!
starting from monday
starts with trng, nothing special la, except when sir say long time no swim. ebi o.O
was like dam tiring especially at th butterfly
den short push was like killing and numbing my hands

yay den after trng daniel say th dojo very clean and can come at 830 on weds to clean instead of usual 800 (omg muz wake like so early)
dengquan felix wan go watch movie at jurong point after trng call me go check time, den only got 230 and 430 movie, when reach home was like 2 le -.- cannot make it for 230 movie la, dengquan not allowed to go for 430 movie...so we say change to thursday
so i was wearing outdoors shirt all ready den he fone me say cannot go
